Working with The Idea Hunter on our 150th anniversary event in Toronto was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite our team being based in Shanghai and operating across a 12-hour time difference, Fadi and his team never missed a beat. They were flexible, responsive, and committed to getting every detail right, no matter what time of day it required.
What impressed us most was the strategic thinking behind the event. We hosted the event at The Well, one of our own Schindler-equipped buildings, turning the entire venue into a live product experience for our guests  which fundamentally changed the impact of the evening.

The execution was flawless. Transforming a working office tower lobby into a full-scale branded showcase, coordinating three venues across Toronto in a single night, and managing 300 of our most important clients, prospects, and team-members with precision and professionalism exceeded our expectations. The feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive, with many calling it one of the best corporate events they had ever attended.
